I've been a member on and off for the last 8 years, and I can honestly say that even though some of the faces are different some are the same but the family feeling the place brings to each and every one of its members and the community can't be described.... You have to experience it!

Since joining, I have been privileged to appear in a variety of productions with some of the friendliest, most talented people I could wish to meet. It has greatly boosted my confidence, allowed me to learn new skills and opened an array of opportunities in other aspects of my life which I would not have had without the DLT's support.

Since joining i have learnt so much, met lots of people and got me to where I am today, it’s a place to express yourself and enjoy! So much has changed since I’ve joined and continues to each week, but that’s what makes it interesting!

I started in young lit about 8 years ago and then I was given the opportunity to audition for the Christmas pantomime and from there I got some amazing support which allowed me to learn many new skills from working behind the bar, working as a technician, as well as developing my acting skills and gaining so much confidence and so much more. The opportunities to keep on learning and developing are endless and excited to see where it will take me in the future.

Doncaster Little Theatre is a beautiful theatre of which everyone is like a family, you can quickly make friends and find something that suits you no matter who you are or your confidence level. I have been a part of the theatre for 2 years and in that time I have worked in tech, front of house, marketing and box office as well as being the lead designer, I have loved every project, show and event that I have been involved with in the theatre and I am very excited and passionate to continue my journey with this little hidden gem in Doncaster

Artistic Membership of The Little Theatre is £26 in your first year.

Youth Membership is £15 a year.

When joining using the online form you acknowledge you are joining the theatre membership. We ask that all Artistic Members do one duty per month to help support the running of the theatre.

In return for your help we will reimburse travel/parking expenses (if required) and provide one complimentary ticket for an in-house production per month.
