Tommy Guns and Tantrums

Chicago 1929, and the whole of America is in the depths of a severe depression. There are no jobs, no food and no money, not to mention the dreaded prohibition. However, this provides members of Illinois underworld with some lucrative business opportunities, if they can stay alive long enough.

We join a colourful cast of Jazz honeys and Wannabe gangsters at Mamas speakeasy, the hottest night spot in Chicago, where the drink flows free and the card tables always pay out, well usually, well occasionally, actually very rarely.
Mama finds herself stuck in the middle of a turf war between ’Jack the Hat’ and ‘Mas Capone’.  Can Mamas ‘survive? Will Isabella become the next Godfather?
Will Tony find love and will Dick ever become a real detective? A toe tapping musical comedy set in the roaring twenties. Suitable for families.
