Rum & Vodka and By the Tree Stump

Two Acts, One Show

By the Tree Stump
Sometimes even your closest friends are not always who they appear to be.

The play is a short drama that explores friendship, love, and secrecy. The theme of the piece is “Hidden truths”, and explores it with some of the characters, and shows how it affects others.
(This amateur production of ‘By The Tree Stump’ is a piece of new writing – Written and Directed by Ben-Alexander Erwin)

Rum and Vodka
What do you do when you wake up to find you’re a father of two, holed up in a job you detest, and married to a woman you don’t love?

A young man with a drink problem tells of three momentous days in his life when his drab nine-to-five existence is obliterated in an escapist binge which threatens to engulf him.
(This amateur production of Rum and Vodka is brought to you by Nick Hern Books.
